- Note for Pahalgam: Local sightseeing in Pahalgam is not included due to union restrictions in Pahalgam. We can either arrange a vehicle or guest can pay directly on spot for trip to Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab valley @ supplement of INR 2500/- Per vehicle (08 Pax max to 01 Car). FYI our vehicle in Pahalgam can cover market & main area including Amusement park.
- Note for Sonamarg: Local sightseeing in Sonamarg is not included due to union restrictions so local attraction like Thajiwas Glacier can be done by ponies only (at direct pay basis). Another attraction is Zero point taking local cab from Sonamarg taxi union cost INR 5000-6000/- FYI our vehicle in Sonamarg can roam around market place & main Sonamarg only.
- Pony ride in Pahalgam and Sonmarg @ 1500-2000 per head after Bargain.

- If in case of heavy snowfall at Gulmarg, vehicles will not be able to reach Gulmarg due to heavy snow on road from Tangmarg (12 Kms before reaching Gulmarg) & as such, Snow jeep (Sumo / similar with chains on tyres) will be used. The supplement charges for same will be 2000- 2500/- nett for To & Fro (08 Pax max to 01 Car). Client can pay directly or you can ask us to include in package.

- Any Pony / Doli / Adventure activity Charges at all destinations. - Rafting, Rides, Skiing, Paragliding etc.
- Personal Expenses - Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips, entrance and camera fee at monuments/ parks etc.
- In Kashmir prepaid number doesn’t work so carry postpaid number.
- Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
- The packages offered by Travel Hunger can be customized according to guest’s wish except Fixed Departures.
- To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
- Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us. We shall proceed with your booking once we receive the payment from you & if we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent / alternative hotels.
- Travel Hunger shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to strikes, landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, government enforcement or any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost and directly payable.
- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms or cab during your stay and travel, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
- The menus are pre – set menus provided for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions. Any other meal ordered not included in Buffet menu shall be payable by the Clients directly at restaurant and hotel.
- Please consult driver / local representative for next day’s sightseeing schedule / Transfers timings. If any passenger fails to follow timings given to him, then he may miss that particular sightseeing / transfers and Travel Hunger will not be responsible to arrange the same. He / She Needs to arrange the same on direct payment basis. Time management is must during sightseeing to avoid the missing of places, kindly note. During sightseeing vehicle will take you up to it is possible to go.
- Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.
- All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
- Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
- Cancellations made 15 days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
- Cancellations charges will vary from 30 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
- 100 % retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No show scenarios.
- No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, Meals, Sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other Travel Hunger services.
- Travel Hunger have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient advance amount as discussed during confirmation.
- In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Travel Hunger will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
