TERM & CONDITIONS REGARDING TOUR PACKAGES:-
1) Any discussions or final confirmation regarding any tour package/plan is based only on written basis, any verbal discussion or agreement is not valid.
2) Company can make any changes or altercations in the tour itinerary or plan due to natural clamity, technical problems or government policies or any similar situations.
In that case, if there will be any any extra cost or charges, it will be borne by travellers only.
3) Sightseeing points mentioned in the plan or final itinerary can be re-scheduled or can be changed depending on the circumstances.
4) Tour Package can only be considered book once the mentioned advance payment is paid by the travellers.
5) Off beat destinations such as Spiti, doesn’t have same facilities as easily accessible or popular destinations. Based on this fact, the travellers need
to understand that the infrastructure and other basic facitlities such as hotels, sightseeing vehicles (may not have plenty of options or not or latest models)
or other services are not as lavish as popular destinations. We request our travellers to be well prepared for unforseen scenarios in destinations like these.
6) Flights, trains, stay arrangements, certain sightseeing, adventure activities or similar services will be subject to ideal weather conditions or Season period.
7) Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
8) In “Travel Hunger” we put our efforts towards providing our customers with the best of the services, but if there is any issue regarding the services
we are providing on or off the tour, please feel free to contact us any time on the mentioned contact details, our team will be very please to help you in any way we can.
9) Any Changes, Upgrades and Add-ons in the tour package may attract additional cost.
10) We request our travellers to submit their digital copies of adhaar card or any other government authorised ID’s after paying the advance amount,
only then we will be able to release booking vouchers. In case of any online/direct booking from the booking portal, we do immediately release the confirmation vouchers
but please share the ID cards afterwards through e-mail.
11) For fixed departure tours, we can re-schedule the dates, notifying our customers at least 15 days before, due to any natural clamity or any other reason. If, Somehow,we have to
postpone the tour, we will notify acordingly.
12) Guests will solely be responsible to bear the penalty charges for inconveniences caused by them during the tour.
This includes any damage done to private or public properties or to any living being or due to voilation of government rules or orders.
14) Any special discounts or offers we run are only for a limited period of time, when that mentioned time frame is over, we are not liable to provide any discounts or offs on later dates.
15) “Travel Hunger” shall not be responsible for any extra charges or any extra expense increased due to natural clamity, or new orders passed by government bodies or local bodeis, like
taxi unions, courts etc.
16) Few activites, adventure or of any other nature, requires personal guarantees or bonds or to be signed, in that case “Travel Hunger” will not hold any liabilities.
HOTEL/ACCOMMODATION POLICIES:-
All the accommodation options we provide have all kind of basic amenities and are known to provide best services to our previous clients as we are dealing with them for a long
period of time. Here are few points the client can consider, -::
1) We categorise our accommodation options in 3 ways, Deluxe, Premium and Luxury, with luxury being the best, then premium and then deluxe.
2) All the given options have kitchen and room service facilities. Please check with your sales executive what kind of plan you are getting in the tour itinerary.
– EP (Only room and no meals)
– CP (Room and only buffet or private breakfast is included with facility of having chargeable meals)
– B&B (Only Breakfast and room is available, no other meals can be provided, not even on direct payment basis)
– MAP (Room with buffet breakfast or Lunch/dinner (mainly dinner).
– AP (Room with buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner & evening snacks).
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. Please also note, every accommodation we provide, do offers complimentary welcome drink on arrival,
that would be- tea or coffee or any other non alcoholic bevarage of their choice.
3) Check in/out time can vary according to the hotel policies, no hotel/guest house/camps/homestay provide early check in or late check out facility free of
cost and can only be managed with prior notice given to the hotel staff.
4) The rates we mention are often with base category rooms, if you are looking for higher category rooms, do tell our sales staff before confirmation of the package. After the confirmation,
providing any other category rooms is extra chargeable totally subject to availability.
5) Hotels may apply extra cost for using other amenities. Also, amount paid for the room doesn’t include room heater charges, Mini Bar, Telephone bills etc. The amount for these
services will be directly paid at hotel.
6) Kindly carry your original ID cards and vouchers provided us to ensure smooth check and services.
please note these are just the general instructions, every accommodation we provide has their own rules and policies, these policies can vary accommodation to accommodation
and should be followed.
Transportation Policies
Another important part of our tour packages is transportation, we do have our own vehicles but we do use vehicles of our other known transporters sometimes to meet the clients demands,
but we can ensure you that there won’t be any differences in the services.
1) We, “Travel Hunger”, are only responsible for the vehicles we provide during your tour, if due to some reasons you have to hire your own vehicle, we shall not be responsible for that.
2) All the vehicles we provide are instructed to follow the given itinerary, adding any other destination or any unmentioned sightseeing point will be based on the only
fact that it should not affect your travel plan and will cost the travellers extra.
3) A/C or heaters of the vehicle will not work in hilly terrain as it puts strain on the mechanical parts of the vehicle and can result in vehicle breakdown.
4) We are not responsible for any delay or cancellations due to blocked roads, technical faults, strikes or any unforseen events.
Any extra charges due to these situations will be borne by the traveller only.
5) Extra charges will be applied if the vehicle is used after 7 P.M or before 7 A.M unless and untill it is mentioned in the itinerary, i.e. driver is not bound to drive once the
given plan for the day is over.
6) Any damage done by the customers to the vehicle can be charged by the driver with the advise of sales executive.
7) If the given route in the itinerary is closed due to some reason, driver is free to choose whatever road he thinks is the best to reach the destination, if it results in
skipping of any sightseeing points, we are not liable for that.
8) We are not liable or responsible for any delays or cancellations of flights, trains, buses or ferries or any other mode of transport booked through us.
